Self-Attendance
- Login via phone number, opening HUMHAI.COM via mobile or web.
- After face registering, system scans and verifies the employee’s face to confirm identity.
- Geographical location check, if enabled the system verifies the employee’s location to ensure attendance is marked from the allotted workplace.
- Once verified, automatically it’ll be recorded with date and time with attendance status as well.
- If admin enables Geographical and face recognition both the features for employee then they have to appear for both.
- At the end of the shift the employee marks checkout. System calculates working hours - simple, secure, automated.
Admin Controlled Attendance
In this, only authorised admin has access to mark attendance, employee cannot self-mark their presence ensuring complete control and prevent misuse.
- Admin opens the attendance panel
- Employee stands in front of the device
- Face scan is performed (front or back camera)
- Geographical location is verified (if enabled)
- Attendance is required under assigned shift
- At shift end, checkout is marked
- System automatically records working hours and attendance status.
