Welcome to the Hum Hai Portal, operated by Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”). By registering your business and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or register on the platform.
2. About the Platform
The Hum Hai Portal is a multi-service business management platform offering:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- HRM (Human Resource Management)
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Billing & Sales Management
- Business Listing and Promotion Tools
These modules are designed to help businesses manage operations, communicate with clients, and promote their products and services digitally.
3. Business Registration and Account Responsibilities
- Businesses must provide accurate and verified details, including business name, contact number, address, and registration information.
- Each registered business is assigned a unique Business ID. This ID must be used for all operations across the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all data entered under your business account.
- Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any misuse of your account due to unauthorized access or negligence on your part.
4. Permitted Use
Registered businesses may:
- Manage employees, customers, products, and services.
- Share business listings and product details publicly.
- Send business communications through integrated tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt to hack, copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
- Use the platform for fraudulent or unethical activities.
5. Data and Contact Sharing Policy
By registering on Hum Hai, you agree that:
- Your business name, address, and contact number may be displayed publicly in the Business Listing and other promotional sections of the platform.
- Your data may be shared with interested users, customers, or partner platforms to promote visibility and engagement.
- Personal mobile numbers of individual employees will not be shared publicly unless explicitly authorized by the business admin.
- You can manage visibility settings for your listings anytime through your dashboard.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
- All data uploaded by your business (staff details, inventory, sales records, etc.) remains your property.
- Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. acts as a data processor to provide hosting, analytics, and system services.
- We apply industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls to secure your data.
- Data may be processed for platform improvement, analytics, and customer service, but never sold to third parties without consent.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms
- Some modules and services (CRM, HRM Pro, or Premium Business Listings) may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are collected securely via authorized payment gateways.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in case of billing errors verified by the Company.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of account access.
- Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans with prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Hum Hai platform, including its design, source code, logos, databases, and APIs, is the intellectual property of Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Businesses are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the platform for internal purposes.
- Copying, redistributing, or reselling any part of the system is strictly prohibited.
9. Support and Availability
- Support is available during working hours via email or chat support.
- Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily interrupt access.
- Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any downtime due to network or third-party failures.
10. Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- You use the platform for spamming, fraud, or misleading promotions.
- You engage in actions that harm the platform’s integrity or other users.
Upon termination, your business data may be retained temporarily for audit and compliance before permanent deletion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Data loss caused by user error, misuse, or third-party services.
- Losses resulting from downtime, maintenance, or unauthorized use of credentials.
The Company’s total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the business in the previous 12 months.

For Business Owners
- Business Name, Registration Details, Address, and GST (if applicable)
- Contact Person’s Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number
- Billing and Subscription Data
- Uploaded business content (products, services, descriptions, images)
For Employees
- Full Name, Designation, Contact Number, and Email Address
- Face Data / Face Embedding Information for attendance verification
- Geographical Location Data (GPS coordinates) during attendance marking
- Shift, Attendance, and Leave Data as entered by the business
- Work and performance logs
For Users and Visitors
- Basic contact details when submitting inquiries to businesses
- Device, browser, and usage analytics (non-personally identifiable)

- Attendance management through facial recognition and geolocation
- Human Resource and Payroll management

4. Business Listing and Public Data
- Businesses may choose to list their name, address, contact number, and business category publicly.
- Users can view and inquire about listed businesses via the portal.
- Any contact numbers or emails displayed publicly are shared only with business consent.
- Hum Hai encourages businesses to review privacy and visibility settings regularly.
5. Data Ownership
- All business and employee data stored on the platform remains the property of the respective business.
- Hum Hai acts only as a data processor — hosting, maintaining, and securing the data.
- Businesses can request data export or deletion at any time.

8. Consent

10. Data Retention
- Employee and business data is retained as long as account is active.
- Upon account closure, data may be archived temporarily and then deleted.

Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made for any service, module, advertisement, or business listing on the Hum Hai Platform are final and non-refundable. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our paid plans or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Scope of Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for the following, under any circumstances:
- Subscription Fees: Charges paid for access to CRM, HRM, Inventory, Billing, or any other modules.
- Paid Advertisements and Promotions: Featured listings, banner ads, or promotional placements.
- Business Listings: Fees for creating, renewing, or upgrading a business listing package.
- Content Hosting and API Services: Hosting, analytics, or integration services.
- Customized Setup or Technical Support: One-time service charges or implementation fees.
3. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer partial, pro-rated, or unused-time refunds for any ongoing subscription or active service. If you cancel before the end of your billing period, your account remains active until the current term expires.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally due to a verified technical error.
- Payment incorrectly processed by our payment gateway (after validation by both parties).
